Cedar Eden Transpersonal Retreats (CETR)
Cedar Eden Center (off-grid rustic cordwood cabin and land) is available for private and customized retreats. The retreats can vary in length and include holotropic healing sessions involving “technologies of the sacred”. Stan Grof coined the term holotropic which means: moving toward wholeness in reference to non-ordinary states of consciousness that are supportive of transformative healing and psychospiritual, transpersonal growth.
Grof’s reference to technologies of the sacred included a variety of means for entering holotropic state of consciousness such as drumming, fasting, chanting, and accelerated breathing.
